CRS - How to Export more than 300 Records
HOWTO
1. After exporting the first 300 records. See How to Export Records for help. Click your back button until you are at the Search Results page. (Where the Export/Labels button is located)

2. In the far left column you should see 1/#### (#### represents the number of records found) This means you are on record number 1.
Look for the Skip button located to the left of the Export/Labels button. In the space to the right of the Skip button enter the number 300. Click the Skip button.

3. Now in the far left column you should see 301/#### (#### represents the number of records found) This means you are on record number 301. Click the Export/Labels button.

NOTE The following options you choose should be the same as the first 300.
4. The Options for Exporting Records/Printing Labels page will open. Enter the Number of Records you want to export. Number cannot be more than 300, the default is 30 records.

5. You have the option to Skip records with no zip code and to Remove exact duplicates. Put a check mark in the desired boxes.

6. For Addressee Is Displayed As: select one of the options
If you are exporting records of individuals use First Name First.
If you are exporting records of companies use Last Name First.

7. For Address Used Is: select the option you are most interested in.
For Owners Address this will be the mailing address for the owner of the property
For Property Address this will be the actual property's address. The owner of the property may not be at this address.

8. For When Exporting to Comma delimited Files: You have the option to Include additional fields for Mr/Mrs., First, Middle, & Last Names. Check the box if you would like to export these fields.

9. For Export File select which format you want the export file to be in. (Some formats may not be available)
A. MS Excel SpreadSheet - see How to Export Records directly to MS Excel Spreadsheet
B. Comma-Quote Delimited Label (preferred for MS Excel) - select if you are going to import to Excel
C. Comma Delimited Label (preferred for MS Word) - select if you are going to import to Word 2000 and up
D. Top Producer Summary - select if importing to Top Producer - 22 fields
E. Top Producer Detail - select if importing to Top Producer - 87 fields

10. Click the Export button (green button)

11. The File Download prompt will open.
Click Open. A window will open in Notepad or Excel with the data.

The Notepad/text data will look something like this:
"Name","Address","City","State","Zip","FirstName","MiddleName","LastName","Title"
"James Smith","PO Box 4386","Greensboro","NC"," 274044386","James","Norman & Debra","Smith","Mr."
"James N Smith","409 Blanchwood Ave","Greensboro","NC","27401","James","N.","Smith","Mr."


Click File then Save As

12. In the Save As window select the location to save the file and type in a Filename. Filenames should not be more than 10 characters. Click Save.

13. If you have more records to exports repeat above steps.
