2. Click Start button and click Settings (in XP click Control Panel). Click the Control Panel.

3. Double-click the icon for Internet or Internet Options.

4. Under the Advanced tab, click the Restore Defaults.

5. Under the General tab, click the Settings button.

6. In the first section click the circle for Every visit to the page. Click Ok

7. On the General tab, click the button for Delete Cookies, then click OK in the small window that pops up.

8. Click the button for Delete Files, then click OK in the small window that pops up, you do not have to check anything. This could take some time, wait for it to finish.

9. Click the tab for Advanced, under the Security section make sure Do Not Save Encrypted Pages to Disk is UNCHECKED. Click OK

10. Try using the Back button in Internet Explorer.
