Mark Certain Records
Mark All Records

Mark Certain Records
1. On the Search Results screen locate the records you want to mark.
NOTE: See below if you want to Mark all the records on the screen

2. Click once in the check box to the left of each record you want to mark.

3. Click the Commit Marks button. Located near the top right side of screen.

4. You should now see # Records Marked - (# in Selected County) at the top of the screen.
# - number of records that are marked
Selected - the county you have records marked in

Mark All Records
1. On the Search Results screen click the Mark All button located near the top right side of screen.
This will mark all the records on the screen.

2. You should now see # Records Marked - (# in Selected County) at the top of the screen.
# - number of records that are marked
Selected - the county you have records marked in

3. If there are more records in the search you want to mark click Next 30 located at the top left of the screen.

4. Continue the steps 1 - 3 until all records are marked.
