1. Copy the map image into MS Paint.

2. Locate the parcel or group of parcels you want to color.

3. Select (click once) the line tool  \  from the toolbar on the left side of the window.

4. Click and drag the mouse to draw lines around the parcel(s) you want to color.

Each line must touch the next one so there is no gaps between the lines.

5. Select (click once) the paint bucket tool from the toolbar on the left side of the window.

6. Select (click once) the color desired from the color palette on the bottom of the window.

7. Click on the white areas inside the outline until everything desired is colored.
