Error: We are sorry, but your account was not found

PROBLEM
After clicking the icon or a favorite for Courthouse Retrieval System, the below error appears



SOLUTION
Click on CRS Members button. If you are asked to Enter a New Password, call CRS Tech Support to get password restored. Otherwise the Search Menu will open.

CAUSE
Most likely the Cookie files were deleted within the Temporary Internet Files folder or the link to Courthouse Retrieval System had /search.asp on the end of the web address. Also check the Privacy settings to make sure it is on Medium-High or lower.
