construction to meet high wind building code requirements. You should set the wind
adjustment where additional cost is needed to meet the hurricane building code
requirements. This is typically in areas where maximum wind is greater than 90
miles per hour, mainly on the Gulf and Southern Coast of the Eastern Seaboard,
