Save As Option in the File Menu

For any estimates, Save As saves the estimate as a new estimate, assigning it a new unique estimate number.

The steps for the Save As option are:

  1. Select the Save As option in the File menu.

  2. Residential Estimator displays a window containing the following:

If you want to save the estimate in a category different from the one displayed, click the category graphics/Re7help00000169.gif button and select a new category from the list displayed. Click the OK button to save the estimate.

  1. When Residential Estimator displays "Estimate saved," click the OK button. Residential Estimator returns to the Estimate Data Screens.
