Previewing Estimate Reports (During Data Entry)

When you are entering or editing the data for an estimate, you can preview reports as follows:

  1. Click the graphics/Re7help00000074.gif button on the toolbar, or select the Preview option in the File menu.

  2. When the following displays, click the check boxes for the reports you want to print:

  1. Click the OK button.

  2. Residential Estimator displays a separate window for each report you selected. Once a report displays, you can scroll through each page of the report using the vertical scroll bar at the right of the window. You can also use the buttons at the top of the screen to do the following:

For reports with more than one page, use these buttons to move from page to page. The numbers between the buttons indicate the page currently displayed, together with the total number of pages in the report.

  1. Click the graphics/Re7help00000077.gif button to close the preview window for this report.
