New Estimate Wizard Porches, Decks, Breezeways, Balconies & Stairways Screen
On this screen you can select the following:
- Porches, Decks, Breezeways: Select the desired type of porch, deck or breezeway, then enter its size in
square feet.
- Balconies: Select the desired type of balcony, then enter its size in square feet.
- Exterior Stairways: Select the desired type of stairway, then enter the number of flights for
the stairway. These stairways are exterior stairways between floors. For
multi-story residences, Residential Estimator automatically includes the costs of
interior stairways between floors.
