This screen allows you to enter the dollar value of the land and the site improvements.

For land, either enter a dollar value for "Land Value" or for "Site Value," depending on how you want this value to print in the report.

For site improvements, enter the dollar value for "Not Depreciated" if you want to print it in the Miscellaneous section of the report (below the depreciation). Enter the dollar value for "Depreciated" if you want to print it in the Extras section of the report (above the depreciation section), and depreciate the site improvements with the rest of the components.
