New Estimate Wizard Floor Covering Screen
Use this screen to enter the type of floor covering in the residence, using
either of the following options:
- Use Automatic Floor Cover Allowance: Select this option to include a single square-foot cost for the floor
coverings, based on the type, style and quality of the residence.
- Use Individual Floor Coverings: Select this option to specify each of the floor coverings in the residence.
When you choose this option, enter the percentage of the residence’s floor area for each floor covering you select.
Example: The entries for a residence with 65% carpeting, 20% hardwood, 10% resilient
flooring and 5% ceramic tile are:
When you specify individual floor coverings, the percentages do not have to
total 100%.
