New Estimate Wizard Exterior Walls Screen

Use this screen to select the Exterior Wall type(s) for the residence. Click the graphics/Re7help00000245.gif button to display a list of the available exterior walls, then click on the desired wall type. Residential Estimator automatically displays a description of the wall type you selected in the lower portion of the screen.

If the residence has more than one wall type, press the Tab key to move to the percentage field, then type the percentage of the residence that has the wall type selected. You can then select a second wall type. Residential Estimator sets its percentage so that the total of the wall percentages is 100%.

Example: The entries for 70% stucco walls and 30% brick veneer walls are:

You can enter three different wall types on this screen. If the residence has more than three wall types, you can enter additional types on the Component Estimate Data Screen.
