Exiting Residential Estimator

To exit Residential Estimator:

  1. Select the Exit option in the File menu.

  2. If you are exiting from the Estimate Data Screens and you have not yet saved the estimate, or have made changes since last saving, Residential Estimator displays the following:

Click one of the following buttons:

Yes to save the changes and exit the program.

No to discard the changes and exit the program.

Cancel to cancel the close and return to the Estimate Data Screens.

  1. If you clicked Yes and have not yet saved the estimate, Residential Estimator displays the following:

If you want to save the estimate in a category different from the one displayed, click the category graphics/Re7help00000049.gif button and select a new category from the list displayed. To create a new category, click the Add Category button.

  1. Click the OK button to save the estimate and exit Residential Estimator.
