Estimate Search Tabs
Use these tabs to limit the estimates listed in the Estimate Listing Grid to those meeting certain criteria. These tabs allow you to search for
estimates based on specific data from the estimates you have saved.
To search for one or more estimates:
- Click on one of the three search tabs.
- Enter selection criteria for one or more of the items on the tab.
- Click Find Now.
Residential Estimator searches the saved estimates and displays only those
matching the criteria. If you do not enter any selection criteria, Residential
Estimator displays all saved estimates.
Example: To display the estimate or estimates with "SWS" in the Estimate ID, type
this in the Estimate ID field, then click Find Now. Residential Estimator displays the estimate or estimates with this Estimate
ID in the Estimate Listing Grid:
Example: To display the estimate or estimates in Los Angeles, type this text in the
City field on the Name/Address tab, then click Find Now:
To clear the selection criteria, click on New Search. Residential Estimator removes all the criteria.
You can enter search criteria on more than one of these tabs. Residential
Estimator displays all estimates that match the criteria you enter on all three of
the tabs.
Use the Estimate Search Tabs to search using the following fields:
- Identification Tab: Estimate Number, Estimate ID, Surveyed By, Comment and User Defined Field #1.
- Name/Address Tab: Property Owner, Address, City, State/Province, ZIP/Postal Code (including a
range of ZIP/Postal Codes).
- Dates Tab: Date Created, Date Modified, Date Calculated, Date Printed and Date Imported.
