Deleting a Report Format

To delete an existing Report Format:

  1. Select the Customize option in the Tools menu.

  2. When Residential Estimator displays the Customization screens, click the Reports tab.

  3. Use the Report Name drop-down list to select the report format to delete:

  4. Residential Estimator displays the report type, headers, margins and page size for the report selected. Click the Delete button to delete this format.

  5. When Residential Estimator displays the message "Are you sure you want to delete this report, click OK to delete the report format.

  6. When you have completed the customization, close the Customization screens by clicking the OK button. Residential Estimator displays the message "Do you want to save the customization changes?" Click one of the following buttons in response to this:

Yes to save the changes and close the Customization screens.

No to discard the changes and close the Customization screens.

Cancel to cancel the close and return to the Customization screens.
