711 Built-in Garage
A built-in garage is built into the residence at the first floor or grade
level, has living area above, and is found only in multistory buildings. Enter the
size of the built-in garage in square feet.
The cost includes finish for all common surfaces.
The cost includes interior finish only for the wall that is common with the
residence and the ceiling. Use component 738 (Built-in Garage Finish) to include the cost of interior finish on the other walls.
The cost includes a concrete slab floor. Use component 751 (Deduct for Asphalt Floor) to adjust the cost for an asphalt floor.
