306 Heating: Electric Radiant

This heating component is an average of the several electric radiant heating types, and is available for consistency with the Residential Cost Handbook. For greater accuracy, use component 303 (Electric Ceiling Radiant), 304 (Electric Baseboard) or 305 (Electric Panel).
