133 Frame Walls: Veneer, Masonry

This wall component is an average of the costs for brick and stone veneer attached to a wood or steel stud framed structure. It is available for consistency with the DOS version of Residential Estimator. For greater accuracy, use component 131 (Brick Veneer) or 134 (Stone Veneer).
