103 Frame Walls: Plywood

Plywood exterior walls are made of plywood, usually applied in sheets over a wood or steel stud frame, with the exposed surface treated to give the plywood a solid woodboard or textured effect. Panel thickness varies, with the thicker sheets being generally more expensive. The vertical joints are butted flush or have a slight bevel at the edges.
