Dear Rob:

As you know my wife and I are fairly new, enthusiastic real estate investors. We were looking for tools that would help us be successful in our new endeavor. Courthouse Retrieval System offers such a tool. In only the first few months, the system helped make us $20,000.00 - more then we thought we would make on a house we “flipped”. It also saved us money by keeping us from making a bad investment on another property.

We use the system daily. Up to this point, we have used it primarily for locating and evaluating properties sellers have brought to us. We have just started to use it to generate targeted mailing lists to find new properties.
