Prospecting by length of ownership (7 years in the national
avg.). You can combine this type of search with the
"farming" example above. The national average is that homeowners
will buy a new home roughly every 7 years. By searching owners who have
owned their home for 5 to 15 years you are more likely, by average, to
locate potential listings.

Absentee owner search:
The idea here is to find out-of-state or
across town owners. There are two ways to do this...
a) The first is to add a check to Absentee owners box.
This selects properties by comparing the property's zip code against the owner's zip
code. If the two zip codes are different, the property will be included in the
results. However, if one of the zip codes is blank the property will not be
included in the results.
b) The second is to search for zips outside the range in your
area. For instance if in our area the zip codes range from 37000 to 37999.. You
must do 2 searches to find all the absentee owners. For the first search, enter Owner's
Zip Code..:
to . Then for the second search, enter Owner's
Zip Code..:
to
