2) Annuity and Long Term Health Care

3) Key Man Insurance

Search for Owner’s names (using % - one of our wildcard search items see help on searching with wildcards) that have LLC or LLP. This identifies key personnel within a Limited Liability Partnerships.

4) Search within your own portfolio of business

Pull one of your own clients then target home owners within a one mile radius of that client. Search by property address or owner name then click the radius search button.

=Radius Search   This will take you to the regular search menu. (This feature is only available in certain counties)

5) Absentee Owner and Renters

This search feature compares the Mailing Address to the Property Address and if they are different it is considered as an Absentee Owner or Renter. For targeting owners, use the mailing address for printing labels or a mail merge letter. For targeting renters, remember to use the property address and add “or current resident” to your labels or mail merge letter. Use the absentee check box to target these two groups.

Absentee Owner

Note: Not all results will be absentee owners or renters (i.e., if owners get their tax bills sent to P.O. Boxes).

6) Combine any of the following to a search to zero in on your target market.

Last Sale Amount..:  to  (targets a particular income level)

Improvement Type..:   (targets single family homes or apartments)

These next few search items help to target a particular area in the county.

Property Zip Code.:  to

Subdivision.......:

Census Tract......:

7)  “X" dating…the idea here is to search for homeowners that bought homes 11 months ago. Since the sale date and the homeowner's expiration/renewal date coincide, this is a perfect time to solicit them.
For example, if today's date was 05/01/2002 enter the following dates for your search…
Last Sale Date....:  to

This search works for previous years by searching 23 and 35 months ago etc.

You can also use land use, improvement type or property type code to target certain types of building. (Residential, Commercial, Apartments etc.)

Property Type.....:

00 = Residential    Use the magnifying glass button to verify the correct code.

These are just a few suggestions. You can mix and match any of the examples to zero in on your target market.
