As you know I have been a customer of Courthouse Retrieval system since 1993. I am constantly impressed with the changes you make to the system such as the recent addition of flood maps. I have noticed throughout the years how you continue to improve the system by adding features and are never satisfied with the status quo. I know you will increase your fees, but seriously I would pay anything to keep your service.
In the past, I used the MLS as my first source and CRS as my backup. Your system has so far surpassed the MLS that now the CRS system is my first source and the MLS system is the backup.
Also, your technical service is number one. Your service has little down time and if I need assistance, you are always there to help.
